My first run trying a gel beforehand, I think it helped thru about an hour… After that it was tough going! 3 months til my first half marathon!!

When I was in Germany for work last week, we ran a 4 mile race around the Machsee (6.2k) that ended in the futball stadium. So cool! And I had a 9:20 pace so I was thrilled all around :)

6.2 on the treadmill. 67 boring minutes :) worth it!

This is Sherman. I let my dogs out at lunchtime every day and his melting Popsicle eyes make all my troubles disappear while I’m there! Relationships may fall apart but dogs will be loyal and loving until the very end.

Just signed up for the Disney wine & dine half marathon in October. What have I done?!!
